Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost perfect water bottle I absolutely love the Camelback water bottles with the straw! I have multiple of the .6L ones. I wanted one with a larger capacity so I opted for this .75L, in clear with the grey and blue cap. I liked the simplicity of the look of the water bottle, and the capacity it held. What I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't lay it sideways without the entire water bottle leaking into my cup holder, seat, ect. If I would've known the hassle it was going to be having to clean up spilled water on a daily basis. I would've avoided buying this all together. On another hand I would definitely recommend the .75 with the straw!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bottle except.. I had the EDDY for 2 years until the mouthpiece broke from wear and tear. Decided to try the Chute thinking it would hold out and I wouldn't need to replace it in another 2 years. Capacity is great, easy to drink out of. The only drawback is the lid. I thought I was an idiot because I couldn't figure it out, until I read the other reviews stating the same thing. You spend more time trying to get the cap to fit into the holder, than actually drinking from it. It's a first world problem, and it wouldn't put me off of recommending it to others or from buying another one, but if there's any way to modify it and make it easier in future production, that'd be great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Bottle - Few Drawbacks We have five Camelbak bottles, three Eddy's and two Chutes. My wife and my middle daughter love the Chutes while I and my other two daughters love the Eddy's. Cons: We have had the Chutes for the last 6 months with the only real drawback is that the two largest ones does not fit into any cup holders in our Jeep. My wife as the 48 oz. / 1500 ml and my daughter has the 32 oz. / 1000 ml. We have yet to find a cup expander that will fit the largest yet. The smaller one does fit in the angled door holders, barely. The cap holder - daughter loves it but wife is less thrilled. Pros: You do not have to replace the bite tip on the bottle every six months. Easy to clean. We have never had a problem with either bottle leaking as I have read from others. Very large capacity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm in LOVE I absolutely LOVE this water bottle. If this one is too large for you, get a smaller Chute bottle. For years I have had the normal Eddy water bottle and I started to hate it. However this new one improves every issue I had with the old one. The handle fits two fingers and doesn't hurt to carry that way. The straw never gets stuck because there is no straw. There is no bacteria build up in the tooth biter thingy because there isn't one. Filling up my bottle doesn't require me to hold the top in my mouth because it is attached! I have been drinking sooooo much more water than I did when I had the Eddy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Volume! I use this bottle about six times a week. Four times at the gym for boot-camp and two times for pickleball. It is leak-proof and easy to fill with ice. It is a large diameter (3.5") so it will not fit in a automobile cup holder, but this is not an issue for me. I carry one in the side net pocket of my backpack and attach the other bottle to a carabiner on the backpack shoulder strap. I prefer the large mouthpiece to the bite valves as I can obtain a larger flow. The cap storage is not nearly as easy as depicted in the product video, although it is possible. I have to place the bottle on a flat surface to push the cap into the lid. Instead I just hold the cap out of the way with my index finger while I am taking a drink. Four star rating as I wish the cap storage was less clumsy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these bottles! These 1 liter bottles are my favorite because there is no mouth piece to clean, or get moldy, they are thick rubber plastic and even the cap survived my Staffordshire Bull Terriers teeth, she barely was able to put a few dents in it! I now own two of these bottles for various things, but mostly hiking, I love that they fit in the pockets of the Camelbak Fourteener, they stay cold fairly well even in our hot Arizona heat, and they are easy to clean, open, and close. This is my favorite water bottle by far that I have ever owned!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great bottle, but it leaks terribly I've purchased this bottle for a big South America trip. Overall it's a great looking bottle. It's easy to hold and carry, especially with the handle. But the only flaw is that it leaks almost all the time. At first I thought I wasn't closing it properly. And so I resorted to closing the lid tightly, and even checked it numerous times it wasn't leaking. But after a while in my backpack it starts leaking and I don't know why. The faulty lid ensured that all my stuff in my backpack got wet, including my beloved camera that now doesn't work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD FOR THE MOST PART i liked having the 1L capacity (water at work just doesnt taste right) i also have an Eddy that i really liked except for the nipple part so thats why i decided to buy the Chute. both bottles tend to gather a lot of condensation which i didnt find a huge issue. ive had the bottle for about 5-6 months and loved it. however, today when i was taking the lid off to fill it up, the "strap" i would call it that holds the cap on broke. otherwise this bottle has been awesome!
